I go to D D alot and get the 6 dollar meal. I come here this morning order the same thing as I do ever time. Sausage and cheese on a croissant with the coffee and hash brown. The guy said that's not part of the six dollar meal do you still want it, I said yes I do. And guess what came out?Bacon egg and cheese croissant. I took the sandwich back up there and said , hey , I ordered a sausage ,egg and cheese he said , oh I must have missed understood you. I was stuck with the bacon egg cheese croissant.😪😪😪

Waited for 10 minutes to get service. Nobody even acknowledged us, neither the girl working the drive thru nor the manager bothered to even say, just a minute someone will be right with you or even acknowledged that we were standing there. The manager was there didn't say a word until the guy apparently working the front desk finally came back inside to finally take our order. Horrible customer service on the bright side, the donut I had from there was pretty tasty.

This location has seriously gone downhill this past week, mainly because of the new manager. She’s constantly rude and disrespectful to the employees, even in front of customers — creating a toxic environment. On top of that, she doesn’t lead by example at all. Her hair is always down, she wears long nails, and she’s frequently out of dress code. To make matters worse, she’s outside on her phone instead of actually managing the store or supporting her team. It’s frustrating to see hardworking employees run around the store while being treated poorly. This store needs better leadership, plain and simple. I absolutely loved this Dunkin and it was my daily go-to, this is just sad to see.
