Just tried to stop at Wendy's in Waldo City to have lunch only to have every employee in the store. Ignore us. We stood at the cash register for over 5 minutes and during that time four employees looked at us and then turned their back. Only the young lady in the Drive-Thru with green hair finally said to us someone will be with you shortly. We weren't the only ones being treated poorly, a couple was waiting in the dining room for their order, the last sandwich was wrapped up and put on the tray and the man walked away without even telling the customer it was ready. I've never seen worse behavior in Wendy's from the employees. Someone needs to visit this location and audit it.

Curtis was horrible instead of giving me my $10.12 change in ones he said he only had $30 ones left for the day and began giving me my $20 bill back. After requesting a manager i got the ones he was holding for dear life. Also i ordered a biggie bag got something with bacon and i dont eat pork whatsoever. Sprite didnt taste good and nuggets wasnt cooked horrible experience. Also i went inside and it stinks so bad and is dirty. This place need a better manager and ppl who clean

If I could give it less than a one I would. I go in there and order a meal get chicken nuggets. They asked me what kind of sauce I want. Tell them ranch or leave the drive-through and I noticed my fries are room temperature. The nuggets look like they've been sitting up there for half the day old and hard and cold so I go back through tell him no I would like some hot fresh fries and nuggets so within 30 seconds they come back hand it to Me Thinking that just throwing the stuff right back in the grease to warm it up was gonna make it hot and fresh, which intern makes it 10 times worse so I tell them I say no I want hot and fresh not drop it back in a grease to make it hot. That's a little ridiculous. I'm already upset and then you're gonna do that I mean, I don't know what kind of employees you train here, but they obviously need to have some more training and then on top of it all even when I asked for ketchup, they still could not remember to get me my ranch so then now I have no ranch and I will not turn around and go back there again because if I do, I am liable to make a scene You need to train your people better and you need to teach them what proper service is and how to treat people that come through and I don't know maybe get some brains so that they can actually remember to put ranch in a bag or to give you hot and fresh food

Drive thru never gets orders right. We ordered two single cheese burgers with everything NOT the meal just the burgers and a carmel ice cream. Get to the window she charged for 1 burger. We tell her two burgers she says the meal😡 NOOOO. Get to the second window we get 1 burger 🤬🤬 then they give us someone else's order. I yelled at them. CAN YOU GET IT RIGHT??

The food we received was definitely not fresh. I'm 100% sure it was not made fresh from the Single that I received (which im sure was supposed to have lettuce on it) to the dry nuggets that my wife and I both received. I love Wendy's and this was the worst experience food wise I've ever experienced in all my years. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The patties are pre cooked and just sitting there till order they are dry and cold… Wendy famous saying we cook it when you order it is not true here… just awful and the price come on if it was 5.00 I would not complain you get what you pay for but since I spent 25.00 I surely did not get what I paid for sad sad and shame on you Wendy’s remove your statement it is always fresh

Food is awful, usually cold and Consistently gets orders wrong. This time I turned the car around to get my money back, the MANAGER Becky was extremely rude when she took my order and was hateful when I returned to get it straightened out. Becky the manager shut the window in my face multiple times while I was trying to explain The food was cold (and not correct)and so was her attitude. This isn't the first encounter with Becky the manager, and I see there are other customer reviews left here complaining about her BY NAME as well. Absolutely ridiculous she still has a job. I've returned to your establishment multiple times only to be disappointed and disrespected again and again. My family and I will not be wasting our money here anymore.

This Wendy's was awesome!! We arrived late at night the employees were so kind and helpful and the food was very fresh.
Parking: There was plenty of parking. Very easy to get in and out of.
