The patties are pre cooked and just sitting there till order they are dry and cold… Wendy famous saying we cook it when you order it is not true here… just awful and the price come on if it was 5.00 I would not complain you get what you pay for but since I spent 25.00 I surely did not get what I paid for sad sad and shame on you Wendy’s remove your statement it is always fresh

Food is awful, usually cold and Consistently gets orders wrong. This time I turned the car around to get my money back, the MANAGER Becky was extremely rude when she took my order and was hateful when I returned to get it straightened out. Becky the manager shut the window in my face multiple times while I was trying to explain The food was cold (and not correct)and so was her attitude. This isn't the first encounter with Becky the manager, and I see there are other customer reviews left here complaining about her BY NAME as well. Absolutely ridiculous she still has a job. I've returned to your establishment multiple times only to be disappointed and disrespected again and again. My family and I will not be wasting our money here anymore.

Parking: There was plenty of parking. Very easy to get in and out of.

I called to speak to Becky (the manager ) about an order I had placed earlier . The Employee Becca was very rude upon answering the phone and said the manager was doing a food count, so I asked her was there another manager available. Her attitude got even nastier than before than before, asking me what it was about when I told her about my order and asked her for her name. She handed the phone off to the manager I was asking for anyway. Her customer service skills need to be sharpened. Because had not she been so rude. I wouldn’t have written a review. Customer service will take a business a long way.
