Worst experience ever my wife order 2 pizza and wings ,I get home from working all day for the driver to finally arrive to tell me he thinks he forgot the food so he calls the store no answer and then ask me to call I call at least 15 times with no answer the driver tells me he has other orders to deliver and leaves.So I get in my truck go up there and they tell me Dan the driver forgot it and they just sent it with another driver so I go back home and it’s still not here my wife ordered at 7:09 and it’s 8:17 with still no food here.This is bull crap and I’ll make sure my family and friends never order from here .

I just have to shout out the amazing crew at Domino’s who saved our Thanksgiving night! It was super late and the person who took my order was patient, double-checked everything with a smile.

The pizza looked and tasted old, did carry out and not only that when I went into the store and started talking with the associate I didn't get any response hardly like they are special needs or something.. no people skills whatsoever and just felt disrespected as a paying customer, not impressed at all.

I got a pasta bowl for dinner on Thursday. There was hardly any pasta. It tasted good, but I was disappointed. The serving sizes seem to be getting smaller and smaller, yet the prices are rising higher and higher. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

They never get my order right. When ordered cinnamon bits they forgot to give it to me and when i asked to bring one they left it on my doorstep without knocking on the door. It’s cats and dogs that be walking around my apartment complex. He didn’t even knock on the door to let me know he have the dipping sauce. Horrible driver

App gave me the wrong pizza

So apparently this Dominies does not follow the $6.99 carryout specials! Will not let you order the meal deal that has the Parm stuff crust, parm garlic Knots etc that’s advertised online for $17.99. They ring it up as $20. An additional medium 2 topping is supposed to be $6.99 they ring it up as $16.99 and then argue about specials saying that just because it’s online does not mean they offer it! Seriously 😒 waste of time and customer service could be better! Back to Five Star! 8/23/25 415 pm

My favourite location I come here almost every other night. Order always comes out in under 10 minutes. Employees are friendly and very good at their jobs.

Michael, who works at the Old Moultrie location is great! I order a lot of pizza. I rarely have a problem, but when I do, Michael is awesome about handling my pizza problem! He is really nice and efficient.

Micheal here at the Saint Augustine location is a great asset. Great food great service.
