Domino's Pizza

They never get my order right. When ordered cinnamon bits they forgot to give it to me and when i asked to bring one they left it on my doorstep without knocking on the door. It’s cats and dogs that be walking around my apartment complex. He didn’t even knock on the door to let me know he have the dipping sauce. Horrible driver

App gave me the wrong pizza

So apparently this Dominies does not follow the $6.99 carryout specials! Will not let you order the meal deal that has the Parm stuff crust, parm garlic Knots etc that’s advertised online for $17.99. They ring it up as $20. An additional medium 2 topping is supposed to be $6.99 they ring it up as $16.99 and then argue about specials saying that just because it’s online does not mean they offer it! Seriously 😒 waste of time and customer service could be better! Back to Five Star! 8/23/25 415 pm

My favourite location I come here almost every other night. Order always comes out in under 10 minutes. Employees are friendly and very good at their jobs.

Michael, who works at the Old Moultrie location is great! I order a lot of pizza. I rarely have a problem, but when I do, Michael is awesome about handling my pizza problem! He is really nice and efficient.

Micheal here at the Saint Augustine location is a great asset. Great food great service.

Went in to pick up a pizza and witnessed a manager/assistant manager be very disrespectful to their employees. He was talking very rudely to them and got into a loud argument with one of them in front of the whole store.
This is very unprofessional to do in front of customers and it just wasn't me there. Needless to say this was my first and last time coming to this store. They need to get their act together because I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews lately.

All the individuals working that night were very helpful and had our order done quickly and efficiently. Six stars for service.

I ordered from the store at 1967 Old Moultrie Rd. St. Augustine, Fl 32086. I received this food shown below and I called to complain. The individual who claimed to be the manager immediately became defensive and rude. He suggested I add more sauce to my next order. I asked what his name was and he said “franks and beans” and hung up. I would not suggest buying from this store.
