Ordered 2 pretzel crust pizzas and bread sticks by phone, when I got to the store and paid, I asked where the second pizza was and the staff said, we only make the pizza we don't take the orders AI does that now. I asked how long it would take for the second pizza to get done I was told 35 minutes. I didn't have time to wait. But I seen a staff sitting down while on his phone. And another staff in the back by the pizzas on her phone. I believe they could do much better. If you don't want to work leave and let others get hired to do the job you obviously don't want to do.

This location has to be one of the most uninviting locations I've ever visited. When I first came in, the guy at the register yesterday appeared frustrated that we were even there. Asking him about anything on the menu appeared to be an inconvenience for him. He very much appeared to hate his job, and it made the overall experience not great. My bread sticks were also hard. They didn't taste fresh, im highly disappointed in this location. I would recommend NOT visiting this location.

There pizza is great...but there service is not at all good..I went today at 1 pm and the guy that works there is nasty and rude you ask him he just looks at you all possible off and a woman went to pick up her order he just through it buy they Cas register that's what's wrong there There service sucks I'll take my business somewhere else.

Just went in and nothing was ready. 25 to 30 minute wait for hot and ready. It's not good enough pizza anymore for that much time. It used to be really good and you got 2 pies ( pizza, pizza ). Those days are long gone. Taking it off the list.

Went in to pick up a hot pizza. The employees were socializing nobody ever waited on me, but they waited on the four people that come in after me.
