I went to pick up an order because I'm a food delivery driver. The employees have to stand where the orders are picked up and aren't even capable of asking you what you want. The bag of food I was supposed to pick up was being prepared, and there was an employee there who started serving everyone who arrived. After serving everyone who arrived, she began preparing the orders for all those people, and I was there waiting for them to finish preparing the order I was supposed to pick up. After she prepared the orders and delivered them, she then continued preparing the bag where she completed the things to give me the order. All of this took about 25 minutes. I want to make it clear that I am just another customer and she has to serve me in the order I arrive and not leave me for last, because it's also time I'm wasting from work delivering the orders. I am also a customer like everyone else who comes there to order food, therefore, she has to serve me with the priority that I deserve. In my opinion, that employee is rude and disrespectful to the consumer.

I'm so sick of going through the drive thru and must pull to a number, to save their numbers, you suck! The workers have zero customer service skills, and the food isn't even good anymore. I go there once every 5-6months but, completely done now, tired of giving my hard earned money to a corporation that is so far out there they don't even know how to treat anyone anymore.

All those 5 star ratings are bots for sure!! This place is absolutely horrible with service. The workers are so unfriendly and the managers are worse especially when you tell them youâre missing multiple items. Even with the receipt and bag they gave you they still give nasty attitude when you tell them about the items

Caveat - the drive-thru and lobby were extremely full. With that being said, the staff front facing were not particularly friendly or helpful with letting customers know their order was ready. The lobby needed servicing, but hopefully they tend to that when traffic slows down.

This location has lost my business forever. Tonight you have pissed off hundreds of people waited in line thinking theyâd get served. Wauchula McDonalds is is an absolute NO GO arrived on a Tuesday evening with dozens of cars waiting in the drive thru only to be told they are closed for maintenance on 9:00pm which they do monthly. Never heard of
this nonsense but I will be escalating this. This is a small town in Florida with very few options
Let me ask yâall this; have you even seen a McDonaldâs with all the lights on doors open tell people theyâre closed for âmaintenance â as they do monthly?
Coldest food and Fries, then I was asked after asking for a remake if âall the food was in the bagâ ⊠yes except my childâs who is already eating his cold food âŠWaited for food that was at least warm and got cold food⊠only items acceptable were the McFlurrys. Do not recommend this location.

Terrible drive thru experience they will take your order and not even make you aware of the wait time they just hook you.waited 27 minutes to get 2 adult meals and a kids meal parked on the side waiting spot..while parked I noticed how more people fell victims and this had 8 waiting spots full plus another 1-2 cars by road.i donât mind waiting but not close to 30 min thatâs crazy and specially when they donât care to make you aware of the waiting time you are about to experience..would not recommend if you see multiple cars on order lanes and along side of building waiting to pay just grab BUrger king and eat like a king lol my opinion..

They sucked refused to give food. Canceled my Mobil order when I came inside to pick up stunk in store like đ© was not clean highly advice for a random health inspection
