The worker’s at this McDonald’s would rather stand around than do their job. Completely incompetent. It’s not brain surgery. The lobby is also filthy and it just opened with no customers inside. It’s disgusting 🤢🤮

Awful service, 9 of us parked because they can't get a simple drive through order done, I mean seriously, I ordered 1 plain cheese burger, nothing else, and after waiting outside, I finally had to go inside to get the burger they still hadn't made and said they'd bring out, drive through is supposed to be 2-3 minutes not 15, yall need a better manager or improvement on work efficiency.

I want to express a complaint about the mistreatment I received from an employee last Saturday, September 6, around 2:30 p.m. I came to this store to pick up a DOOR DASH order that was supposed to be ready at 2:34 p.m. When I arrived, I didn't see any of the bags usually prepared for DOOR DASH pickups. I asked an employee (his photo is circled here in red) and showed him my phone so he could see the order number. The employee told me the order was on the mirrored screen, but that he couldn't prepare it; he had to serve other customers. It seems he saw me as a vegetable or a piece of wood, because I'm just as much a customer as anyone who goes to pick up orders at McDonald's. Therefore, I'm representing a customer who's waiting for their order and is paying for a service to have it delivered to their doorstep. I asked the employee again because he almost left me speechless and told me that the order was there, but that he wasn't preparing it. But there was no one else in charge of preparing it either. I had to call DOOR DASH support, so that a DOOR DASH representative could call the store and then this same employee, who is insolent, rude, disrespectful, began preparing the order when the company called him. And I ask myself, is this the McDonald's work style? Is this the correct way to treat a customer? Is it McDonald's policy to mistreat DOOR DASH customers? I think not. I think there is an ethic for workers, but in the case of this employee, he is a rude racist, disrespectful, discriminated against me to the point that he even ignored me. I suggest McDonald's management keep in mind that these types of people shouldn't be employees, because they're damaging the store's reputation and mistreating customers. This rude employee made me waste almost half an hour, or 30 minutes, on an order that should have been ready when I arrived to pick it up.

I just ordered DoorDash for you guys. I would highly suggest you clean your fryers that you fry the chicken nuggets in. It is a terrible greasy flavor to your nuggets right now. Nauseating!!!

Upon arrival at 10:58, I was told when the sign changed is when lunch will be served so we pulled around and I waited the 2 minutes which is ridiculous when no one is in line behind me. The second thing was I asked for a cup of water at the window and was told they’ll bring it out to you instead of handing me one. She was very rude and shut the window as soon as she said that. That’s very poor customer service. Very easily could have made me a water. We seen 3 cars behind me leave while I was told we had to wait on fries and a few of the ones that had to wait with us got their drinks handed to them. Hate to make it about race but it’s obvious when she hands out drinks 2 different times to people her skin color after she told us they would bring mine out. A single cup of water. Maybe 10 seconds it takes to make it. Then when the lady comes out she brings me a baby cup of water. She was very nice but clearly something should be done about the constant wait in the curb side pick up parking lots. Is there any upper management that is concerned about this? Or do you know people will keep coming here with poor service so what’s the bother. Maybe a second McDonalds up north by Walmart might help. Just a suggestion! As far as the employee who couldn’t serve me a water because of poor management and being backed up, you’re the reason I don’t like to spend my money at this place of business. Then sends out a baby cup. The lady did ask if I wanted a bigger cup but I wasn’t fixing to be as petty as the employee working the window and make her walk back in. That’s just sad! I would say Do better but I don’t know if that's an option in today’s world. 😢
