Caveat - the drive-thru and lobby were extremely full. With that being said, the staff front facing were not particularly friendly or helpful with letting customers know their order was ready. The lobby needed servicing, but hopefully they tend to that when traffic slows down.

When I drink coffee, I drink it black without sugar. Today I ordered from the kiosk and saw the option of a no-sugar vanilla flavor. It's delicious!
We ordered at the kiosk. Self explanatory. When our order was ready, they called for us politely, but we were too busy chatting. Our number was called multiple times but they did not give us attitude about it. I call that good service.

Fries were old and lukewarm. Filet o Fish was room temperature and poorly made. Not sure why it’s so hard to center the cheese and sauce. Sauce was all on one side. Only good thing was that it was ready fast and this restaurant still has its soda machines in the lobby. Some of the customers in the lobby looked like they lived there. One dude had a half gallon of milk on his table and his backpack filled up the other bench of his booth.
