Came in for buffetlunch today and the staff is to busy in the back the waitress said to make stuff for the buffet. WOW SO THEN ASK US IF WE WANT TO ORDER OFF MENU , no not if your that busy and right now I see one family in the restaurant so wow poor planning.

Pizza Hut with dine-in, don’t find many of these around anymore. So come on down and enjoy. Also serving buffet Mon-Fri 11-1:30
They need better customer service, foods not fresh and your asked for name, they can't find it, then ask for a phone number they still can't find it and then ask for last name like what in the heck, they are slow. Also, I waited 7 minutes yelling hello hello and still was ignored. This place is trash all around the board

Really disappointed was going to walk in for dine in and they were closing the doors at 8:30. It does not specify the dining hours on Google. Wasted trip
I went into pizza hut with my service dog. Staff don't know what ADA regulations. I was told that he needed to be vested. Florida nor Federal require to have the dog be vested. But I had a service dog lease on the animal. Then I was told that I can't go to the buffet because in case of allergies which state law states definitely says otherwise. But I was going to order off the menu. Still was not seated. I finally left after 10 minutes. Mind you I been in Pizza Hut in Lake Whales several times not only seated. No question ask. My service dog goes under the table and lays quietly. Service did not exist...

Went for the lunch buffet at 2pm and it was closed, the staff said it closes at 1:30pm... What in the world!

Welp. This might be a negative Star ⭐️ review! I specifically went for a sit down Pizza Hut experience with my wife for a date. However, three employees walked past us as we stood waiting to be seated. Nobody acknowledged us although one girl glanced over and told someone in the back that there were people waiting up front! Still no effort to greet us or even let us know someone was coming. Evidently the drive thru is more important to those taking orders. It’s not the first time we have waited like this either and walked out. There won’t be a “third times a charm” try for a really long time either. If you can’t greet someone in your location then my guess is that the table service will probably be sub par too. I was happy to take my wife elsewhere for pizza. Won’t be ordering delivery from this location either based on the in-house experience or lack there of.

Food does usually get ready fast but always check it. Usually at least 1 mistake always on the order and its too expensive to not get what u pay for

Worker Chris took my call, we ordered a 3 topping pizza and didn’t get our 3rd topping and he was making it right with us and he did it professionally. Food was great.
