I have always loved Pizza Hut breadsticks so much that I ordered two orders of them by themselves to pickup. I don’t know what happened but these were the most pathetic bread sticks I’ve ever seen. I’m use to big fluffy Parmesan soft breadsticks. Instead I got bread sticks that aren’t even cut crusty with no flavor. Super disappointed.

"I visited for the lunch buffet and was initially excited, but the experience quickly turned disappointing. The restaurant was busy, and the buffet wasn’t replenished to keep up with the demand. I made three trips to the buffet, but each time the selection was lacking. There was no regular pepperoni or meat lover's pizza, and the cheese pizza was gone as soon as it was brought out. The only options left were BBQ pizza or pizza with pineapple, and the pasta was never refilled at all. On top of that, my drink was never refilled, and no one even checked in. To make matters worse, they charged separately for the salad, which used to be included in the price. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I doubt I’ll be returning."

Almost everytime i order pizza it seems like it is just out of the buffet, it is old, cold and nasty pizza. Now if i order a specialty ppizza, something they dont have already cooked, it will be good. But dont order just a basic pepperoni. You’ll get day old pizza for $15 ?

The half ordered with regular pepperoni and cupped pepperoni only had regular pepperoni. Entire pizza was ordered with extra garlic - there was none that we could locate. When I am being charged PER topping, I expect them to be there. Also, when PH is charging $2.10 more per pizza just because it's being delivered - in addition to the $5 & change delivery fee, then put the toppings on my pizza that I order. Last - Tavern crust is supposed to be thin & CRISPY. It was thin, but very soft. The flavors on the other half were good. If crust had been crispy- it would have been great! Delivery driver couldn't find us but instead of going back, he actually called & we explained the instructions on the order. He found us - we got food, he got tip - everyone was happy ?

I tried the tavern pizza and really liked it. I like thin crust so this was perfect. And to top it all off I went thru the drive thru and the employee working the window (ELI) was above and beyond an excellent individual. He was extremely nice and so cheerful. If pizza hut is smart enough to give outstanding employees bonuses, this young man deserves one.

I usually submit my orders online using the app. Normally it goes smoothly, but it's seems every time I add a detailed cut to the pizza in the selected box at the end of each pizza order, they completely over look that BOX! It's noted for *** Special cutting Instructions! *** I need you to slow down and please look the entire order before u continue. Also on deliveries, there have been several times the driver has forgotten my dip. This upsets me especially when I've paid extra for these dips!
