Marvin was absolutely the best today! We had a total of 7 sandwiches and he did not disappoint, he took exceptional care of us and didn’t complain he had the best attitude and joked around with us! He deserves a RAISE!!!!

Went to get a couple subs & did not get waited on. We went on Friday at 3:45pm yesterday & when we arrived the worker was out on the bench & when we went in she came in, we went over to order & she said be with you in a minute, she took 3 empty dressing bottles out of the tray & took them in the other room & brought one out & started filling it, she said be with you in a minute, then she picked up her phone & looked at it, then she came over & put her apron on & started to get gloves, she got one glove on then she said wait a minute i need to let another worker in, be with you in a minute,then she came out with her drink & emptied it in the sink, then she came over to get more gloves & i don`t know if she even changed the one she had on when she emptied her drink, so needless to say we left & went to Hungry Howies for a good pizza. Why was she sitting on the bench when she had dressing bottles to fill????

These people here in wauchula Florida can't make a sub to save their life the food sucks and the portions suckthe best subway I've ever been to was in Avon park and Avon park Walmart that's where we will continue to go when we want subway because they do it right

So yes it’s Christmas Eve. I pulled upto the window. Sat there and waited 10 minutes before the employee opened the window. Even thou he watched me pull up. When he opened the window. He proceeded to ask me to move because its cash only and the person behind me had already been there they had to leave to goto the bank. Not trying to sound rude but I have been sitting there for 10 minutes now you want me to move so you can take care of them first. Sad thing is I work in the restaurant business and I would never ask someone to move outa line because the person that just pulled up was here prior but had to leave to get cash. SmhWhen I told him I would just go somewhere else he said ok. Way to go.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and it was cold by the time I got it and they couldn’t do anything for my order . So I got my food cold and couldn’t have it remade.

After waiting over 30 mins in line, it was finally my turn. I do not blame the person working as she was alone trying her best to keep up with in-store and online orders. I blame the management who knew she was going to be alone due to a call-out. In usual fashion, bread selection and availability of items was scarce. Again, this is a management issue. This has been an ongoing issue. The lady working by herself was very apologetic to everyone. This is also extremely un-safe for one worker to be alone. She had no one to call if anything happened or help at the dinner rush.Wauchula subway is fortunate that they are the only sandwich shop available.

This particular Subway is the worst I've ever been to. The customer service is bad, the employees attitudes are bad, nothing ever seems to work in there. For instance the toaster has been broke for the last 3 weeks. I knew it was broken but didn't know if it was fixed or not so I tried to call you see if it was fixed before I made the trip up there. All I got was the busy signal. Upon arrival I was informed that the toaster is still broken and the reason I kept getting a busy signal is because the phone is broken. After I expressed my disappointment the employee had the nerve to say "take care" in a very sarcastic manner. That place is a joke!!!! Don't waste your time or money.

Came here for a quick dinner for my family of five and although they weren't speedy about it; seemed like a shift change was happening... They still got us our sandwiches and were friendly and patient.

The way these workers just throw your sandwich together is ridiculous and disgusting. People who don't even look like they should be working here are working there. The place is ran down bad. !DO NOT GO!

Patooey .Yuck..I ordered online a veggie pizza. Recieved a call from store employee stating no round crusts. I said Flatizza Veggie pizza would be fine . Should've checked bag before leaving the store Inside was a flat bread folded over cold congealed mess. It was a Flatbread un toasted cold had salami or some other weird meat on it. It was totally gross. A cold mess. We were already too far down the road to take it back to them. Threw it away . Employees need to read orders better .
