Staff is extremely rude, no sense of urgency or cleanliness. Installing AI just made everything worse. Cold food for outrageous wait times even in the drive thru. I think they hired Krusty the Clown to run this place because WOW!!

Terrible experience!! I just ordered a snack, the potato and the cold nuggets came, and I still had to wait for the combo sandwich for about 12 minutes, summarizing bad sandwich and snack in the same way, not to mention the terrible service!

It's a burger joint. The chocolate frostys aren't very chocolate flavored. It's more like vanilla with a light brown color.

Very limited drink options on customer side. Self ordering did not work and didn't have any signs stating they were out of order. Bathroom was dirty. The girl working the counter was very pleasant though.

Counters looked like they have not been wiped up all day it's 3PM also all the garbage is over flowing garbage falling in the floor. I had to go back and ask for my soda and a key tag I purchased. The girls were friendly but seemed preoccupied. And the pop machine wasn't working either!

Terrible customer service by the one of the managers with the neck tattoo. Was missing cheese on my burger and I didn’t realized I was missing the cheese after like 4 bites, when I drive back to the restaurant, she just takes my burger and slaps some cold cheese on my not so warm burger and gives it back to me, the cashier asked her “are you not going to me a new one!?? And the manager with her attitude said “nope”. I asked why I didn’t get cheese on my burger and she said it’s because we don’t have the type of cheese that comes with that burger. So instead of asking the customer if they wanted another type of cheese, they just send you off without telling you anything, and the item that I was missing, they were also out of stock but never bother to mention it when I picked up my mobile order. It is by far the worst service at a Wendy’s. Would never go back there
