Clean environment, smiling and friendly staff! The manager even comes to the table and asks if everything is alright! If all the Wendy's in Wauchula/Florida were like this, the competition would lose a lot of customers! Everyone involved with their services at the Wendy's in Wauchula... deserves congratulations!!! There was a sign saying they were out of lettuce but it was misspelled, which didn’t inspire much confidence. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took about fifteen minutes to receive my food. The staff even had to put my order under the heat lamp to keep it warm while the burgers were still being made, and it seemed like the kitchen was confused or disorganized with orders. The cleanliness was also concerning. The bathroom had visible mold and was very dirty. The dining area wasn’t any better the tables felt sticky, and the overall appearance of the restaurant (including the kitchen area you can see from the counter) looked unclean and poorly maintained.

I went to wendy’s to get a salad and per usual they didn’t had no salads so I got got a spicy chicken and when I got home I took a bit the chicken was RAW.

Ordered food online. I knew they were giving me old fries so I asked for fresh. They gave me the old fries they had put out. I came back in and asked for fresh fries. They took the fries I handed them back and put them into the fresh fry holder. Gross! Got the food home and while eating I felt hair in my mouth. A very long hair was in my food so I definitely put it in the trash and will never visit this place again. I was Leary when there was no one there at 5 pm or in the drive thru and it's right outside of a Walmart. I do not recommend this place. The people were friendly but that's about the best I can say for them. My sandwich was barely warm and had hair in it. Thank you for saving me some unneeded calories but eewwww!!

Worst Wendy’s ever! Very long wait time and still gave me ice cold chili…
I rarely leave reviews and certainly not at fast food restaurants. We ordered at the drive through in Wauchula, Florida a few days ago at lunchtime. The workers were exceptionally polite and service time was acceptable. We just ordered 2 singles and 2 sodas. I was impressed with the quality of the burgers. They were warm, freshly made and obviously assembled with care…. Not just thrown together with ingredients all askew and smashed. The wrapping was even neater than anything I’ve gotten through a window in a long time.

So we walked in and immediately the girl in the back was like are you ordering? Cash or Card? We said cash and she was like Well it’s going to be a minute because she’s in the back so…it’s gonna be a minute. And you know when someone has a tone that’s like not the best. Well we waited and were polite. We waited probably 20+ minutes nobody came. There’s three workers sitting outside talking. One gets brought food and the other is a manager just sitting out there talking. Service is just not what it used to be. People just have attitudes and no work ethic.

Order food on the kiosk machine and Waited more than 25 min in the store hungry and no one would come and give us our food so we asked for a refund , the cooker was just on the phone in the back not doing her job
