The Bistro at The Grand Oaks Resort

I got the chicken parm sandwich, the sandwich was small. They didn’t have fries and didn’t offer another side. Hostess had an attitude, server didn’t seem to happy either. Food is mid, service is worse.

Can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am. I and my best friend just came back from dinner. The Friday night fish fry was a complete joke. You cannot tell me that it wasn’t a cheap frozen fish filet that was hard and over cooked. My friend ordered the liver and onions. The liver was green. When she asked the server why it was green, her response was I don’t know. Needless to say we went without dinner. I understand that this fabulous restaurant is under new management. The restaurant looked like a sports bar instead of the quaint classy place it has always been. We won’t be back.

A nice weekend dinner Saturday Prime Rib special was tasty. Nice selection of side option. Salads, Pastas,Fish, Burgers, Steak. Small yet satisfying menu with options for all. Nice drink menu ( try the brown sugar old fashion). The Bourbon Pecan Pie is amazing. Beautiful grounds surround restaurant. Reservations accepted. Our server Meghan was amazing. We will be back soon

The Bistro in Grand Oaks is a beautiful restaurant with a great wait staff and fun entertainment such as paint parties by Divine Designs and Murder Mystery Dinners. They host these events in the VIP room every month, and we have so much fun every time we go. The staff is incredibly nice and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

You will not be disappointed dining here. The tables are well spaced out so you are not sitting on top of other patrons. The food came out very quickly, was very good, and reasonably priced. Our server Megan was very friendly and accommodating. The interior and exterior/grounds are beautiful. I definitely recommend eating here.

Attended murder mystery dinner. The pot roast and pork medallions were enjoyed but the baked Ziti was very disappointing. It took almost 2 hours before we got our dinner. Acting was amateur hour and dialog was crude
