A hidden gem close to The Villages! The bourbon pecan salmon is the best I’ve ever tasted. Love the chef salad on the lunch menu. When the weather is nice, sitting outside is surrounded by beautiful large oaks with close by ponds.
We have dined at the bistro numerous times. As always the food was delicious. Only 1 server was working. The hostess helped out when possible. We were prepared for the service to be slow. After being seated, it took 30 minutes to be acknowledged for drinks. We then found out that there was a miscommunication about who would take care of our table. In addition to cocktails, we asked for water which we never received. The butter had melted quickly on my baked potato so the waitress...

200 people walked into this place at 5 o'clock to eat and play trivia with Mark Beasley and everything was perfect. A roughly 3 hour event, food was great, server's were great, venue everyone loved. What a fun evening. AND. I bet the bartender served at least 500 drinks in a 3 hour period. 5 star evening and fun had by everyone there.
