Agliolio ~ a FRESH Take on Italian

Place must be under new management cause the service has went down hill. Past 2 times we ordered it’s been messed up. First time they forgot our salads, today the forgot the extra bread we ordered. Female manager has a terrible attitude when my wife called them to report it. Might have to find a new Italian restaurant.

Our waitress Alexa is always Amazing, we hv been coming here for many years and Alexa always takes care of my husband and I . The food and service is Superb Every time. Everyone who works there are great! Highly recommend !

Placed an order with ready time of 25-30 minutes before charging card. Immediately received an email receipt estimating one hour.
This is a bad way to do business by tricking people. It’s also the third time they’ve done this to me and I will not continue to support them. This is not a personnel issue, it’s a technical one. The staff is lovely.
I would have made another decision on dinner if I were not tricked tonight because I did not have the time to wait on pickup plus 30 min. It won’t happen again

We had a late lunch, delish. Drinks, awesome 👌. Service, amazing. This is my go to place.

I went to eat here, and the food is delicious. The restaurant was very clean, and the waitress who served us was friendly. If you come to eat here, make sure you don't leave without ordering dessert—they have the best ones!

Love this place!! Agliolio's is the definition of a hidden gem. There's almost never a wait, the selection of food is fantastic (the menu is clearly marked for GF and vegan items and there is a wide selection), and it always tastes fresh. I also appreciate that they experiment with specials. Wait staff is attentive as well. The only issue I have is that the restaurant is LOUD. There doesn't seem to be any sound deadening or soft surfaces. You can still hold a conversation but the loudness definitely kills some of the ambience.

Love the food! Though, it is quite expensive. Inside is noisy, crowded, and cold. Not an issue for me: I just order online. Now, I have to stop & never return because the website forces me to give my phone number. It's not enough that you get my name, address, email, & credit card info?! Now, you're trying to harvest & sell my phone no.? Just cook the food in exchange for money. Sad that I'll have to accept inferior food from somewhere else from now on, but this is intolerable.

Could’ve been a little cleaner. I don’t know I’m here seasonal and I really don’t like to give reviews. I noticed last year when I was here that things started to go down hill but now I don’t even wanna go back to this restaurant. It seems like poor management. I’m sorry to have to write a review because I really did love this food and this place years ago.
