“We arrived early for our reservation, we had to wait a bit and that was fine. We got our table and the server asked if we were ready to order. Since they were very busy and it was packed we decided to place our drink, appetizers and dinner all in one order. Service was quick. It was very noisy. Never received my drink order but my husband got his. Decided to just drink the offered water on table, because the server was very busy with other customers. Really not available and appeared rushing. When we got the bill my drink order was still on the bill. Had to have it removed from the bill. Told her I never received my drink order. No apology, just said she would remove the charge.“

“It’s a family ran business. Everybody is so nice and helpful. We always go there on a Friday night with 10 people unannounced. And they always make room for us somewhere. They’re just very nice. Their food is always so hot and so fresh we just love it. I would definitely recommend it to my best friends. 🤩“

It's not one that I commonly mention to restaurants, but I called the store immediately and let them know what happened and my reaction. The managers Mark & Vincent were so accommodating to make it right and provide great customer service and even more so cared enough to make sure the staff knew of my preparation needs. I truly appreciated their above and beyond service.“
