Walked in the back entrance on accident was told to go to the front to be served got to the back was then told they were closed so we walked out. On our way out we were then told they'd serve us got tired of the games and left.

Waitress was great. We go here because it is 15 minutes away, the food is okay and we could smoke in the outdoor bar. This time, they messed up my order. I say no problem, I'll pick out the items i did not want. Things are okay, I am on my second beer and half done with my lunch. Then, the general manager comes out. I think he is coming to apologize for the order being messed up, and thank me for being so cool about it. Instead, he sees my veterans hat and says, "Thank you for your service." Again, I thought he was going to thank me for being cool about the screwed up order. I said you are welcome. Then he tells me there is no pipe smoke or cigars allowed. You can smoke cigarettes, though, or vape. I told him i called and asked before the first time we came there about cigarettes and cigars and asked every time we got there to be sure and was told it was okay. We have been here multiple times. He said, " i wish I had known because I would have told you it is not allowed." So, how is it that all your outdoor staff members do not know this? This was our 6th visit and 3rd outside smoking. How is one type of smoke worse than another? I don't like the smell of vapes. I think they are just as harmful as cigarettes, but they are allowed. How about as the general manager asking the waitrest before approaching the customer how the service has been? How about training the staff or posting signs. Our waitress today did not know the policy or neither did the hostess. There is a very big breakdown in leadership here and policy. No offense to you that do not smoke. I am respectful of that. But I do and look for places that allow it in the outdoor bar. If kids are around, I won't smoke even outside in areas where it is allowed. We tipped our waitress 30% on a $108 bill. We have spent about $700 there on 6 trips. We won't be back. Twin Peaks, which is 5 minutes further away, has better food and colder beer for about the same price. I'm not angry. I just think management ruined our experience. Just because you are a manager does not make you a leader. If you were your team, would know your policy.

Always love the food and ambiance. Service is great.

This was the worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger. They brought me a burger covered in greasy onions. They said oh, we are sorry, and they went to replace it. They brought back the same exact burger where you could tell. They scraped the onions off and just put on mushrooms. They also messed up and brought me French fries which I do not eat. I ordered onion rings. My wife's meal Was supposed to be a shrimp wrap As she is Pescatarian They brought her chicken and then claimed. No, it's shrimp, even though you could clearly tell there was chicken in it.. My daughter's pasta was so over seasoned, and it was unedible. None of us yook more than one bite of our food before we said something. The server Let the manager know they said the meals looked fine.Took the meals away. We were expecting them to be replaced. After about 10 minutes I asked the server. Hey, are we getting new meals? And he said no, the manager said your meals looked just fine, we said okay. Where are they and they were thrown out? We were brought a check for $80, but had never eaten more than our appetizers and our meals completely full were taken away and thrown out. I asked to see the manager the server. Said okay, when to get him came back about 10 more minutes later, with a check with those meals removed and he said that's the best they're gonna do and I said we haven't eaten. It's now almost 9 o'clock at night. No, we want to head and pai asked to see the manager and they said he's too busy. My server was exceptionally nice. He did a great job. None of this was his fault. I can't state that enough. I'm sure it was a mix up in the kitchen. But the manager's rude attitude and refusing to come. Make the problem right or offering to fix. Our meals was unacceptable and we will not ever be returning to this restaurant.

Had a election watch party there for GAUGER FOR SHERIFF. Staff was very accommodating with several requests. Food was great and so were the drinks!!!

Stopped in for a quick meal. Food was fine, nothing amazing. Conch fritters tasted oddly sour and bitter, we left them on table without remake. Everything was fast and hot and tasted OK. Drinks were good and staff was lovely.

Went in 40 minutes before closing to get food after work just awhile ago the kitchen is closed what a waste of time.
