Riptidez Kava Bar of Wellington

I definitely would not recommend Riptidz. The employees are great. The owner on the other hand puts the girls in a bad situation leaving them to explain why they ALWAYS run out of supplies ie; straws & cups. Extremely unprofessional.

I love this spot, definitely a chill hangout. Vibes are nice too🫶🏾

Charlie is the only good server at this location. Everyone else has an attitude and doesn’t make the drinks right.

Love the events the bar promotes however don't like that I have to spend money to be there naturally I like to sit and chill Before needing to buy something however it's like Starbucks now where you have to buy something instantly to be able to sit i understand it's a business don't harass customers and be aggressive about it.

weak drinks, lazy staff, tiny run down seating area with nothing interesting or fun to do and the drinks are still expensive, management discriminates heavily against LBGTQ people

I've been a regular customer since this kava first opened, but management needs to be more proactive with understanding/listening to its clientele. Recently, a new policy was introduced that requires customers to purchase two drinks per hour. Mind you, each drink costs $7-12, so I'm now essentially spending ~$20 an hour to sit here and scroll on Facebook. This is an unfair policy, as it's already hard enough to stay in third spaces without spending at least some money. This kava bar is located farther inland from West Palm Beach, so the vibe is relatively quieter with a small number of customers. A more lenient policy would be needed to retain this customer base (ex. 1 drink per visit), but it's unsure if management knows its own customers.

I would fully recommend any kava or kratom user to come visit. The quality of the kava and Kratom is Gold Tier. The manager treats people great. The owner runs this business amazing!!
