I would give half a start if I could the Cinnabon I ordered was extremely cold and had little to no frosting when I went to go ask for a bit more the employee who served me was indifferent and added an exaggerated amount of frosting to my Cinnabon to the point where it was not even good

The Cinnamon buns were absolutely putrid, the cinnamon bites were horrible. And the normal Cinnamon bun was cold and dripping wet in icing. The customer service was alright but besides that I would not recommend cinnabon. I got food poisoning from the Oreo Frappe that they sell, most likely used expired milk cause I've been in and out the bathroom for 2 days. So no I would not recommend.

Cashier was more interested in listening to his personal radio than attending us. When he stopped the music he then told us he was out of the product and would take him an hour to have more ready. 15 minutes later they were available. Was not curteous.

I went here to get a cold brew -I had a reward that I had to use! They are located on the main floor. They are know for their cinnamon sticky buns (which I did not have) and their cold coffees! So I'm glad I was able to go there and have a morning coffee! Just note their hours-they don't open up until 11 a.m. (not 10 a.m. when the mall opens). A lot of the stores are not open until 11 am or noon now in the mall, so check before you go!! You won't be sorry!

Manager very silly .She refused to sell me 4 cinnabons that were freshly baked she stated that the old boxed ones from the previous day must be bought before she sells me fresh ones .she then said she will have to increase the price to $5 each if I want those.Mine you a box with 6 is for $23.She was running away customers with her attitude and rudeness.Today is 8/3/22.
Very friendly, helpful staff including the manager. Had a great experience. They helped me use the app to redeem rewards for the first time. Great selection.

Made a mobile order and when I got there. The girl didn’t greet us or nothing… as I was standing there waiting to ask for my food, she was saying rude comments about my order.. not knowing that it was mine. I told her that’s my order you talking about.. she didn’t say anything after that like the dummy she was

The cashier charged me two times as much (double charge). When I went to complain to her after a check the bank account, she made me feel I was just a number. The lady did not care much about the issue , neither the manager. He said would take 5 to 10 business days to return the money back.
