Cashier was more interested in listening to his personal radio than attending us. When he stopped the music he then told us he was out of the product and would take him an hour to have more ready. 15 minutes later they were available. Was not curteous.
I went here to get a cold brew -I had a reward that I had to use! They are located on the main floor. They are know for their cinnamon sticky buns (which I did not have) and their cold coffees! So I'm glad I was able to go there and have a morning coffee! Just note their hours-they don't open up until 11 a.m. (not 10 a.m. when the mall opens). A lot of the stores are not open until 11 am or noon now in the mall, so check before you go!! You won't be sorry!

The Cinnamon buns were absolutely putrid, the cinnamon bites were horrible. And the normal Cinnamon bun was cold and dripping wet in icing. The customer service was alright but besides that I would not recommend cinnabon. I got food poisoning from the Oreo Frappe that they sell, most likely used expired milk cause I've been in and out the bathroom for 2 days. So no I would not recommend.
