This place is so buns. I got matcha instead of green it looked like brown dookie water. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T COME HERE

Can’t give a rating cause they closed 30 minutes before the website said they closed. Missed opportunity

If you like boba tea, go elsewhere. Can’t speak to the ice scream.
First off the restaurant smelled like poop. I don’t know if they have a sewage issue or something, but we didn’t spend a second longer than we had to in the store because of it. 🤢
The lychee and passion fruit smoothie had a good taste, but the tapioca pearls were absolutely awful in texture and flavor.
The guava and pineapple smoothie didn’t have hints of either component and was inedible. I didn’t bother complaining because I didn’t want to chance anything else they might make me and they needed my funds to hopefully fix these issues they’re having.

The ice cream was busting but I wish they had more flavors and and wasn’t almost out on every thing but besides that it’s really good I recommend

Like ice cream, it’s a treat I can’t resist.

Ice cream rolls are my favorite. Unfortunately, they never have the ingredients. The last five times that I’ve gone, they have either run out of bananas, strawberries, sprinkles, or something. It’s too bad. I go often because the ice cream is good, but it’s always a hit-or-miss.

Family owned mom and pop shop. Their taro sushi boba with strawberry popping bubbles was good. I had a great chat with the owner. They support local youth with first time jobs. I will be back!!!!

If you like boba at all, this is not the place to get it from. Their tea was handed to me warm and the boba tasted off. The rolled ice cream on the other hand, was amazing. Service was friendly, but they had no napkins. ?

Gave it one star and came there twice and they were closed. Google hours are different than what is on the door of the business. The second time I came back an hour after what opening according to what was on the business door and they were still closed. Anyway decided to move on and never go back. If they can't figure hours how can I trust them to make my drink?

Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. But the smell, it smells like spoiled milk or a leaky toilet. I'm not sure what it is, but I've been here 3 times & the smell keeps getting worse, literally gagged the last time I went. Even though boba service is not that bad, I don't think I can stomach the smell anymore.

The Thai milk tea boba at 35 Below Cafe had a rich and authentic flavor, which was enjoyable. However, the mango popping boba was a bit disappointing as it was tougher than expected, requiring biting instead of the usual popping sensation. Overall, while the milk tea was delicious, the texture of the popping boba could be improved for a better experience.

Well, I doubt I'll swing by again anytime soon. Just to clarify, the staff wasn't rude or anything of that nature .. but there were a couple of things worth mentioning about our visit: We ended up waiting quite a while for our order, even though there wasn't anyone ahead of us initially. What happened was a few folks behind us got served before us, probably because their orders were quicker to whip up. Even my niece noticed we didn’t get served first. Benefit of the doubt I do get it, since the employee was solo at the time, but the real kicker was the topping on my ice cream - sliced banana that was way past its prime, almost fermenting. Skin was entirely black on the banana behind the counter part of the same batch I assume .. but I Couldn't even touch it. My nieces order was just fine though, but it was just chocolate with chocolate sprinkles. Didn't want to kick up a fuss in-store since I was in a hurry but seriously, owners, please make sure your team knows not to serve up fruit like that. And maybe a gentle reminder to process orders in the order they're received wouldn't hurt either. I'm not one to dish out negative reviews, as you’ll see on my profile as a level 7 guide but this needed to be said.
