Definitely coming back to give those a try and to snag another signature milk tea. Hard to have a favorite milk tea flavor with places like this in the running. “Really happy this place changed ownership. The employees are really sweet and helpful, they know the menu well and aren’t bothered to explain the drinks to you. They always welcome you in when you enter the building. The Boba is chewy and the tea tastes great! The earl grey tea is also freshly brewed!“

This was my first ever visit to this hidden treasure called University Boba. The cutest not so little, was presently surprised at the interior restaurant space. The vibe is also adorable and really clean. Lily is who made my drinks, greeted me as soon as I came in and she was very inviting and really friendly. It was like ordering from a friend not someone who seems bothered you want to order and can't wait to get off the clock. Which was such a refreshing change! Popping bobas like most places and drink 2 which I feel like if you're going to have boba the brown sugar milk tea is a staple drink however I must say I have not found anyone in the area that has one that is this delicious the quality of the jelly boba was fantastic with plenty as well so AGAIN 10/10. A spacious atmosphere with plenty of seating and an array of fun games and puzzles to keep you entertained. Bonus points for getting the reduced sweetness levels correct on request (which many tea shops seemingly don't).“

“Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative. As an author interested in marketing, I always notice the marketing. We will return.“

“Walking in the place is clean organized and overall well kept. The displays were properly labeled and filled with fresh product. The service was fast and accurate. The food here is everything you are expecting donuts are light with a nice crispy outside, sweet(but not to sweet) and just overall well balanced. You are paying for what you get it's quality food with attention to detail. Try it out. 50 for my wife and I 2 drinks 6 donuts and 3 corndogs.“
