We ordered food through the UberEats app. No problem ordering what we wanted for dinner, but when the food arrived the main part of the meal was missing. We ordered the giant baker with meat and all that arrived was the meat. I called the store and the male employee was really short, stating, “ we are out of potatoes so I gave you more meat.” I asked if it was common practice to just change the order and not call to give us a chance to change it? Customer service was awesome, food was made quickly and delicious. Already planning my next visit.
My wife and I picked up two dinners including barbecue turkey, pork, and chicken breast plus sides. It was all excellent barbecue. I’ve not had better barbecue chicken breast. Usually at other restaurants, the chicken breast is dry but this had been marinated prior to the grilling. Delicious. My wife really liked the turkey.
Also, the young lady who served us, I believe her name was Erica, was just so kind and sweet. It meant a lot. Great experience!
