Communication and organization are an issue. The first time I came here, a male employee said it would be 5 more minutes for my pizza when the app said it was ready. Another male employee came to the window and I told him the first employee said it wasn't ready and he said sorry about that. I got my pizza and it was cold. Ordered some pizza today and when I walked in, found this gentleman working all by himself. My heart goes out to this man. He is doing it all by himself with a smile on his face. Very Polite and attentive to when any of the customers came in but yet still was making pizzas and taking orders. He was the manager and I must say he was a very good manager. This review is based on several years of ordering both delivery and pick up at this location. This is a very well run, clean and efficient franchise location.
