Customer service here is less than mediocre, they're not the friendliest or the cleanest store. Most times they're out of supply, (i.e. pumpkin drinks, pancake breakfast wraps). Their service is slow, hot drinks are served cold; mobile order is not always ready. The store owner should be made aware and revamp his staff all together.
My wife and I have been to this DD twice in the last week and we've both thought the service was great and all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was also great and you just can't beat that $6 meal deal! Definitely will continue to come back here!
Always friendly an always make my coffee perfect every time other locations arent as consistent with their drinks
