I stop by this dunkin about 3 days a week on my way to work. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. THEY get the order wrong every single time! I go through the drive through because the inside always takes WAY too long…Today after ordering some bagels with butter and CC on the side & and iced coffee, I opened bag with no CC. This location is severely understaffed and consistently out of items you need to run a dunkin. How are you out of iced coffee and 99% of your donuts all the time. Every time i come after work these poor kids are running around, why are there not more people working?

First and foremost, the customer service there is amazing. I was helped out by a beautiful you lady named Kat, she was very professional and polite. I ordered a bagel with cc and an iced coffee and was very pleased on how fast I received said order. Will absolutely be going there again and hopefully getting help by the same amazing young lady.
