An absolute refusal of customer service. I am getting frosted donuts for my kids who are in car seats and in efforts to reduce a mess, I asked if we can get the frosted donuts in a munchkin box instead of a bag. Something that Dunkin has ALWAYS DONE. This store refuses to. So I’ll refuse to come back. Doesn’t surprise me, Dunkin’s everywhere tend to give bad experience.
I never know what I want when I go but they ALWAYS help me make the perfect choice. I love this Dunkin!
