This location is not very friendly. I asked to have a almond milk frozen drink which I have gotten at other locations. Apparently they cannot make it because almond milk is an allergen. They need some education because cow milk and coconut milk can also be allergens. As someone with a child with a dairy allergy it frustrates me to hear that cows milk is not treated as an allergen.
Please educate this stores employees.

Funny story, well prob not for my teens it wasn’t lol!!! my teens went and asked in the drive thru if they had Christmas donuts. All cheery as they explained it to me, the person said yes we have them, they ordered a dozen. Teens of course never check the box. Got it home and they were two rows of brown, one row pink with what I guess made them Christmas donuts.... snow flake sprinkles. I was like ewwww🤣. I spent well over 20 minutes in the drive thru getting coffee for myself and co-worker, which caused me to be a little late clocking back in from my 30 minute lunch break,-this location is less than a mile from my job, it was a 2 minute drive. My entire break was sitting in the drive thru,so we didn't even get enjoy our coffee before clocking back in.This is the 2nd time I've had an extraordinarily long wait for my order at this location.
