The lady who helped me today was so nice! Loved her attitude, to the point that made me want to give review. I’m so sad that i didn’t ask for her name. It was a to go order so I left quickly, they had the food ready on time and the subs were awesome! So, thank you!

Had the meatball sandwich which I have tried at Wawa (2nd best) and at all 3 other standard sub stores and Firehouse subs was the best.
The one I make in my kitchen was the best but Firehouse beats mine.
Just an afterthought. I try to escape and dine alone as much as I can, that way I don't have to listen to someones problems or ideology which really doesn't enhance my indulgence. And I don't have to pretend I care.

The poor manager was the only hard worker and his young employees literally stood around doing nothing but complaining the entire time I was waiting for my sub (40+ minutes) it was so awkward. I think they should let the lazy kids go and hire new people to help the poor guy! This place is not going to be around for long if they keep going like this, I give it one more year. The owners need to hire more mature employees and get the manager some help in there!
