Marcus's great customer service and delicious food, including fresh hot cookies, left a lasting impression. However, a recent visit with new staff fell short, with uninterested service and lack of attention to detail. Despite honoring an expired coupon, the overall experience was not up to par. It remains uncertain if this location will see a return visit.
