Everyday I come to work at Walmart I look forward to seeing my friend that works at Subway. I've worked here for many years and I've never had the customer service that I have recently had at our Wesley Chapel Walmart Subway. I can't think of what her name is she's little petite Spanish lady that works at the subway inside of Walmart Wesley Chapel on 54. When I walk in she looks at me and asked me if I'm hungry she already knows what to make me constantly...
Today around 8pm, two wonderful ladies made me and my daughter sandwiches and they were very funny and kindhearted. During my experience these had to be the best workers I’ve ever seen in fast food.
One new employee combined with one slow, grumpy experienced employee so we waited 20 mins behind one two couples just to get 2 icees and a pretzel. The seating area looks like the Walmart breakroom with none of the 10 associates having a purchase from subway. Not only did this limit seating, but they left tables dirty.
