Love this place for the atmosphere but I am a bit upset that my two friends who won the blazin' challenge did not get their points, nor their headbands. Adding insult to injury, their names aren't even on the winner board. I come here pretty often and enjoy the food and the staff, but I'm really hoping this will get rectified since they won the challenge (the staff gathered around and videoed it if you need proof).Patrick F. and Mauricio G.

Very slow for delivery people tonight. We had 2 orders, 1st was done on arrival, 2nd took 35 minutes.

Food is absolute garbage for the $35 I spent.Wings are small.Veggies are small.Guac and chips are small. To put it into perspective, I could have gone to Walmart and bought a big guac mix and chips for the same price, and I would have been able to choose the flavor.Save your money. This place became a dump.

I know it’s most likely no one’s fault, but they’re always short staffed and they have a HUGE problem with orders being stolen before the rightful owner arrives to pick them up. I have come here as a customer and received great service just the staffing issue brings the experience down so much, longer wait times for seating, longer wait times for getting your order taken, then waiting longer than normal for the food, servers not being able to check on their customers for refills etc. everyone is still so nice despite the fact that they are stretched so thin. I DO APPRECIATE that part a lot. Hopefully things will turn around once the staffing issues are resolved. I think there is great potential here. I’m also a dasher, again the staff is so nice every time, but the food is always missing cuz some jerk thinks it’s their right to steal from other people. Be warned - if I see someone stealing food from the waiting area - you’re going to be held accountable cuz it’s not your right to steal GO BUY YOUR OWN FOOD!! But to the staff - keep your chin up, y’all are working hard and it’s not unnoticed:)Parking: Plenty of parking because it’s located in the middle of many other restaurants, stores and businesses which also have parking.

I recommend NOT going there with a family because your food will come out before your children's food and one at a time... If your single and alone, great! But our service was so slow and so cold. Our server was so cold in her mood that she blames the bar tender and the chefs " oh what ever is hot and ready first come out" like I am going to eat WITH my family and your gonna serve me one at a time and not even my kids first? Don't expect anything of good service there because she only checked on us once and it was to bring our to go box....

$80 worth of food for my family... I'm 9 months pregnant and thought my boneless wings were a bit slimy on the inside, but ate them since I know I can be visually picky. Well, when I'm up hours later vomiting all of my food into the next morning and all the next day... I am not happy. Food poisoning is no joke and worse when you are pregnant.
I love eating here and I love the atmosphere as well. Sean is awesome and his food never disappoints!

I used to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings everywhere.I loved the franchise, you always know what you’re going to get, or so i thought.UNFORTUNATELY the bartenders and the general manager will NOT redeem the points (I have about 9,000 right now in normal points as well as free wings for a month).I was here when I hit #1 in the area in Buffalo trivia (huge achievement, was there for HOURS!!)I was told by the general manager they do not participate in either point program.

We are boycotting the Viera location. So we drove from Suntree to here. Very busy for a Monday night! I mean very. And Heidi working the bar was amazing. Give this girl a raise and a promotion! We will only go to this location if she’s working. Food was Meh but trivia and drinks …
