I used to come here quite often years ago. When my realtor and I decided to meet for dinner here I was excited to revisit after a long while. However, I was disappointed. The food was not as quality as in the past. The chicken feet was not tender and was too chewy. The char siu bao was cold and tasted gummy. The soup dumplings just tasted bad. Their rice tasted low quality as well. Lastly, the plaza was run down and had questionable people in the parking lot. Sadly, I will not be back anytime soon.

The one star for the lady who served us. Or I will give 0. We ordered steam shaomai. The meat inside was raw. I gave my baby ate and after I bite it I realized it was raw. The guy who cook didn't say sorry and I said we ate the raw meat he said are you OK now. We wait for the manager and he didn't approgize too. We didn't see any approgize from their face. That's why we were so angry. No recommend this place!!! Its food tasted no so delicious too. It's just normal.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but, PUT IN THE ORDER. If you came to the review section to hear about the food, honey… it’s delicious!!! Now that I’ve had singing bamboo I cannot imagine ordering somewhere else. (we ordered to pick up)

Asked a staff member if they had any vegan options on the dim sum menu, and clarified that I was avoiding meat, dairy, and eggs, to avoid miscommunication. Based on her recommendations I got the spring rolls and the veggie dumplings, only to realize halfway through my first pieces that the spring rolls have shrimp and the veggie dumplings have egg. There are very few descriptions of what ingredients are in what item printed on the menu, and no indicators of anything like vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.
Would strongly recommend against if you have any dietary restrictions of any type.

Came here on Copa Final when Argentina played Colombia. This is important because parking was full due to another restaurant in the same plaza drawing that crowd. Singing Bamboo had plenty of seats. We had freindly and efficient service. They serve Dim Sum all day. We tried the shrimp dumpling (har gao), shumai and soup dumpling (xiao long bao), beef rice noodle roll, taro ball and "football" (fried mochi with savory meat fillings). They were all better than average in FL. The wrappers of the har gao, xiao long bao and the rice noodle roll showed that the chef was skilled. The beef inside the rice noodle roll could be improved, the color was off even though I could taste all the right ingredients. The taro ball had lots of taro, not enough filling. The "football" could be fried a little more. But we came for dinner. The pea tip was a bit tough and a bit gritty. They still serve fried noodles with duck sauce like an old time Chinese restaurant. I'll definitely come back for Dim Sum for lunch or try other dishes for dinner.
Parking: Plenty of parking except on days when Colombia's national teams are playing in important sport events.

Never eat here, I paid $16 for a large burned shrimp fried rice, it was horrible. I will never eat here again. The audacity to serve someone this. Who said the best Chinese food, I take it they never had quality chinese before. And thier fortune cookies were so stale,

Recommend the food for authenticity. However I do not recommend for atmosphere and service. For their prices, you should expect more.

This place is great. Everything comes super warm, I think it is the closest you'll get to NY style chinese food in/around west palm beach. Love the hunan chicken, egg rolls, wonton soup, lo mein, and fried rice. This is a staple for me now.

Best Chinese food ever! I come here from NY - it is my first stop off the plane and my last stop before I head home.
Old and tired decor. Menu standard fare, no steamed selection. Rolling cart during dinner with cleaning supplies. The food was not even close to being good. Sauce tasted off and the food was drowning in it. The lo mein was totally tasteless a complete waste of money.
Dietary restrictions: No steamed selections and very limited vegetarian options.

I Ordered General to Chicken and it was pale,Dry and no crunch what so ever! I call the restaurant and asked does your General Tso Chicken come with the red sauce? She says No it comes with Light Honey Garlic sauce... like what da! Isn't that Honey Garlic Checken?! I asked for white rice and I received Yellow rice, mind you it had No flavor at all, it was so bland. My coworkers meal was soup and the noodles were under cooked. They were expensive and definitely NOT WORTH IT!It wasn't like they were busy either, the place was fairly empty. We Won't be going there again!

Tried Singing Bamboo for my birthday today and it was awful! I ordered the Lemon Chicken with veg fried rice. As you can see from the pic it was a plate full of oil with absolutely NO lemon taste at all. The chicken was so tough I was going to ask for a “steak” knife to cut it. The veggie fried rice was tasteless. I ordered a Mai Tai cocktail which was decent & I also ordered the Fried chicken wings as an appetizer which were decent and became my main dish due to the horrible Lemon chicken. Hubby ordered Sweet & Sour chicken and it was virtually dry with very little sauce on it. Totally disappointed, now I know why there were only a few tables seated. It’s sad there is no decent Chinese restaurants in the area. Service was ok and they were accommodating, sucks food was so bad!
