We’ve been coming here for many years and have enjoyed the food, however, our most recent experience has turned us off completely. Reservations were made and we were seated promptly, so that was nice, but it was also very early in the evening, 5:45pm. Our waitress, Hadley, was not very attentive or nice, quite a sour face the whole night, so it was not as welcoming as previously. Drinks and food came at a decent pace. The only alcoholic drink ordered was so strong, my daughter waited for the ice to melt to drink it. The food on the plate was also not their best. An appetizer tasted like tuna from a can. The other appetizer, clams in white sauce, the sauce was the best thing of the night. One of the dishes, Honey Lime Seabass, was so sweet it was akin to a dessert’s sweetness. We ate Sweet Broccoli Rabe, Sweet rice and Sweet Seabass. Another dish, Linguine & Clams, was so oversalted and the protein was overcooked and rubbery. When it came time to pay, we handed over 3 gift cards and a credit card to complete the rest of the payment. Someone came back and told us we were not able to use the gift cards as they had recently got new ownership and would not allow old gift cards. We asked if they would honor the cards at all or anything for the confusion and embarrassment. Nope. We paid and left. If this is the new ownership, that’s really unfortunate because Bimini Twist was a family favorite, and really well known in the community. Later in the evening, we received an email about the reservation, Bimini Twist apparently told OpenTable we did not attend our reservation and dinner. Smoothed it over with OpenTable but Bimini Twist is out of our future plans completely. That’s really saddening because they really were a great restaurant.

Last night I had dinner with my family at your establishment. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with my three teenage boys. Connor was our server. Connor provided an outstanding dining experience for us at Bimini Twist. From the moment we sat down, his warm welcoming personality made us feel right at home. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu, answering all our questions with confidence and offering excellent recommendations that truly elevated our meal. Connor’s attention to detail and friendly approach showed dedication to providing top-notch service, making our evening memorable. Kid-friendliness: Cheryl Averta and Paul Manoyer are constantly watching over every single person and their staff for the best possible service to everyone. I have seen them engage in conversation with children grown ups and senior citizens to make sure that every thing is going smoothly and the staff are doing their best job.
Excellent restaurant. The food is amazing and delicious. Yes! 5+ rating. I had the seabass, and believe you me, it was pretty darned good! Service and atmosphere were excellent as well! Highly recommend it.

Excellent choice for our 26th Anniversary dinner. Our server Yani was awesome. She was on top of everything and had excellent recommendations from the menu. We had the Calamri, King Crab legs, NY Strip and Lobster tail. She surprised us with an Anniversary desert with a couple glasses of Champagne at the end of our meal. The food, service, and atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary dinner.
