Had our anniversary dinner at Bimini on a Tuesday night. The place was packed. Mark ordered the NY strip and lobster, I ordered the Mediterranean style Chilean Sea Bass. The food was excellent, the wait staff was attentive. The manager was especially attentive. We had a later reservation so I missed the white chocolate bread pudding (my favorite) for dessert but Cheryl, the manager, suggested the apple crisp-excellent. What a memorable evening.
