Had our anniversary dinner at Bimini on a Tuesday night. The place was packed. Mark ordered the NY strip and lobster, I ordered the Mediterranean style Chilean Sea Bass. The food was excellent, the wait staff was attentive. The manager was especially attentive. We had a later reservation so I missed the white chocolate bread pudding (my favorite) for dessert but Cheryl, the manager, suggested the apple crisp-excellent. What a memorable evening. Stephanie was our server and she was amazing! We enjoyed our dinner and drinks on our night out but the service is what made our night! We will be back for her!
Rebecca was quick and accurate with our food orders, she was friendly and knowledgeable and it's always nice to have a waiter who is happy and loves her job, the food was hot and fresh and the drinks were reasonably priced and strong, it was my friend who brought me here but it won't be the last time
