I placed this at 10:28AM. Therefore I took several minutes to order but still ORDERED BEFORE 10:30AM. As I’m approaching the window your employee exact words were ‘ I turned the machine off that makes the eggs ‘ like I’m sorry you can’t just turn it back on? I placed an ONLINE ORDER. If you guys wish to DECLINE customers the breakfast because when its not PASSED the time you guys set AT LEAST give us something. I spent my LAST 15$ hoping to enjoy it on your food. And with your rude employee giving me every excuse in the book to not make my order. Now I have to wait HOW LONG for a REFUND? Starved ALL DAY. thanks to you guys. Your company was no help with trying to resolve it either; could’ve offered the lunch or SOMETHING. please fix! thank you. Block off the breakfast menu on the app if you guys are going to shut down machines BEFORE the breakfast menu is no longer available. Thank you. Very disappointed.

In all my years coming to this Burger King as a child to an adult …Oh I have never ever felt some kind of way & so unsatisfied the employees there seem to be so unhappy that there customer service is beyond what it suppose to be. No greet of a “hello” nor a gesture of saying have a nice day, I don’t know what to say or be demeaning but I hope that they can get their act together. I’m not saying this to disrespect anyone but I felt disrespected n I was not satisfied I’ve worked in fast food before @ I know how it feels even if the customer is rude be better that that
Again I don’t want to sound mean I’m just not satisfied or impressed with that night shift

I rarely write a review on any place. If I don’t like it, I just don’t go back. But this place is like next level terrible. I went there a couple times and it was always the same but I thought, “I’m just catching them at a bad time” or “what can I expect from minimum wage kids..” But forget it, I’ll never go there again. The kids working there could absolutely care less about you, so I have to think they think the same about the food they’re making. Honestly I don’t know if I’ve ever been to a worse fast food place of any kind. I see the way the employees are a Chick-fil-A and I think, “What are they doing that BK is obviously not? They’re getting paid the same thing, same kids..what’s the difference??
Owner: You really need to clean house and teach your employees how to act. It’s got to be costing your bottom line, big time.
If I could give 0 stars for service I would. We were literally the ONLY people in the restaurant at 8:45 on a Wednesday night. We walked in, and after waiting a couple minutes I asked if they were open to which a girl sitting on her phone nodded yes. Finally, after at least 5 minutes of waiting someone came to take our order. He claimed they had no onion rings (the main reason we went to Burger King at all). Yet after someone ordered onion rings at the drive thru we heard them call out the order. Unbelievably horrible, disrespectful service.
They need to fire that entire staff including the manager who allows this and start fresh because this place SUCKS. Whoppers weren't even hot, and they didn't even ask what size meal I wanted so I got a huge drink and a kid size fries. Never coming here again, and I strongly suggest you don't either.

The employees are good, but whoever owns this place is screwing their customers employees by not having enough staff on hand. I’ve been here several times and It takes literally 15-20 minutes to go through the drive thru.
