All I can say is WOW. My team and I recently had the pleasure of working with Corks and Forks for our recent property opening. Mel and her entire team knocked it out of the park, on every level: professionalism, preparation, execution, accommodation, kindness, patience, attentiveness, services, and quality all around—from the cuisine, to the bar, to the flowers, valet, and DJ—top notch in every sense. Looking forward to the next chance to work with them!

Such a great company. Melanie helped me organize my son and soon to be daughter-in -law shower. Everything was perfect from tables to tent to bar to fabulous food. We did a brunch with fruit skewers, frittatas, veggie platter, charcuterie board, tasty sandwiches, brownies and raspberry bars. Their staff Danny and Brad were spectacular. Loved them!!!
