I just left this place after the woman and her child in front of me told me they were waiting for 30 mins. There were only 2 guys in the back working so I politely asked if they would be served soon as I was unable to wait that long for two cheeseburgers. Horrible service. They ripped me off, the manager did. They took my order and then prepared the order for the person behind me first bc they were friends with them. So I cancelled my order due to waiting for so long and no order still not being put together and the manager faked giving me my refund. He took my receipt has me put in my credit card. Finally gave in to try that Impossible Whopper. IT'S THE MOST DISGUSTING THING I'VE EVER TORTURED MY MOUTH WITH. It is god awful, even my chicken nugget and fries almost couldn't get the taste out of my mouth... When I went back up with only two bites out of this thing and complained, management didn't even offer to replace it with a REAL WHOPPER. Sad is all I can say, just sad..
