Hugely disappointing. We tried classic cinnamon rolls, and minis. Both tasted a bit stale, dry, not as good as Cinnabon in years past. We threw them away.

Edwin the manager, treated me with such a disrespectful attitude. I’ve never in my life been treated like this before. Edwin was trying to argue with me after I asked if they could add some icing on my Cinnabon. I’m aware it’s $1.59 extra for the little container but I didn’t want that. All I asked was if they could add a little bit because they looked dry. And he started arguing with me in such a horrible way. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Hope this is his last day there. Edwin the manager. Disgusting never again coming here if he’s still the manager.

The worst experience I’ve had all year. The manager was awful, discriminatory, and when I asked for his information so I could call corporate, he called the police on me. This is wrong to do to young black women. It was my first time at a Cinnabon and I will never go back.

Very disappointed. Spent $24 on 2 fountain sodas and 3 of the cinnabites. The cinnabites were horrible. Thet were cold,, no flavor and didn't have the same texture as larger Cinnabons. We threw them out. The shop was busy and dirty.
