I went here to get a cinnapack and came from over an hour away and they didn’t have any left. They said they only have a few each day but why not keep putting them out if they clearly sell.
It was a little hard to find in the mall, but I did find it ultimately. The taste was not like the taste of Cinnabon I’ve had before.
I grew up in New Jersey so I this on a daily. now I live in Florida and came to shop at tanger outlets . Anyway we went in and the girl working had her earpiece in and was on her cell phone talking to her friend having a full-blown conversation and it’s busy. This is at the Tanger outlets on a Sunday Thanksgiving weekend. And she’s on her cell phone if the manager sees us you need to have a talk with your employee.

Cinnabon is a popular bakery known for its delicious treats. At one location inside an outlet mall, the customer service was mixed. While the staff was friendly, one employee was on her cell phone and talking to a friend during a busy time, which was seen as unprofessional. Another staff member provided excellent help and even gave a massage to a customer with back problems while waiting for their order. The store is small and busy, making the experience sometimes chaotic, especially when redeeming rewards or ordering drinks like the frozen cold brew, which was enjoyed despite some delays. Overall, the quality of the food is good, but the service can vary depending on the day.
