I LOVE THE COOKIES BUT THE DUBAI BROWNIE WAS THE BEST. I WENT FOR 3 DAYS BUT ALL SOLD OUT BUT WAS ADVISED TO PRE-ORDER AND WAS ABLE TO BUT DROVE 30 MINS TO GET THEM. The cookies are AMAZING! They have a good selection which changes weekly. The cookies come in large or small size. You choose them from the computer menu when you go in and pay. Then the person will bring your order to the counter for you. You can see them making the cookies. It looks bright and clean in the store. The cookies are all delicious. So I went last week, when I entered a got a wave off a clean atmosphere and it was a little cold. I like how each week they put the cookies for that week on a table so we could see them up close. The employees where kind and nice. Over all I liked my experience of going to the crumbl cookie store for the first time. I will go again someday.
