The day I went what a mess. I had order a ice cream cake on Tuesday to pick up on Thursday in the drive up took forever and gave me the wrong cake charged me for the wrong cake had to pull over go in side had to wait for them to write happy birthday. Cake was not ready. I have always loved dairy cream. But was dissatisfied this time. They were short staffed

Seemed to be extremely understaffed every time i've been there, or just nobody on shift. To be fair, it's been mostly dead (inside the store at least) during my visits, but staff usually finds time to take care of you. Just have to be a little patient.

It’s clean. Attentive. Engaging. This is the best DQ so far. Even the cones and ice cream tasted great. I wish this place was closer to home

Good customer service, even tho I ordered a banana split all I got with it was 3 vanilla scoops, (which I ordered 2 vanilla scoops and a strawberry) some strawberries, a whole banana, little chocolate, no pineapples, whip cream. I really didn’t know what I paid for, it looked nothing like the advertised picture. Get it together!!!!!

I remember going to dairy queen as a kid kinda cool to now be able to bring my littles ones the same great Ice Cream that i grew up loving.
They seem to not be able to get orders right . And then say it’s doordashes issue. Mind you they make the ice cream . Do better

The drink was too frozen and they served no fries fry with their food they just gave you some chips. And little bit of. Chicken that was posted to a large order. The owner need to. Look at location.
