Domino's Pizza

I ordered through uber eats and the delivery took over an hour. I had to call in to check what was going on as the app said it was about to be delivered meanwhile they are driving all different directions and not near my house. Turns out they just say they are heading to you when in reality they are doing 5 other delivery orders outside of uber. Also when I first called in the person answered in and said I quote “hello… who’s this?”
What!!! I had to say isn’t this dominos? They proceed to place me on hold and someone else answers. Any way the whole situation was super sketchy. I will never order from this dominos again. The 1 extra star is for the nice delivery driver who explained he was the only delivery driver tonight. That’s all.

This is my favorite Dominos! The pizza is always delicious and still super hot even when delivered. The last time, Manuel, the delivery driver, delivered my food with a smile. There were two sauces missing and he graciously offered to go back to the store to get them for me. 10000/10 always! SO GOOD

Customer service is terrible.

Fam, it’s DIABOLICAL how bad the customer service was. All I wanted was my pizza to feed to my family, and it took them 30 minutes AFTER the fact that they said it was ready and it wasn’t. No respect towards customers, smacking teeth, and just disrespectful.

Ordered for mobile pickup multiple times and the app will tell me that my order is ready, but then I’ll have to wait additional time in store for the pizza to actually finish cooking. Happens too often.

The staff here is very unprofessional and rude. Instead of answering my questions helpfully they were very argumentative. They had very nasty attitudes for no apparent reason. This behavior and treatment towards customers is unacceptable. Its appalling that such terrible customer service is acceptable at this location.

Did mobile carry out order through the app. The app said it was marked as ready and when I came in, it wasn’t. They mark things as ready just to meet their quotas and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be ready. Would give 0 stars if I could, do your job right or don’t do it at all. Then they proceed to give me an order that’s not mine. Absolutely unacceptable. Someone needs to put attention to this store and the unprofessionalism or the employees, or close it down. This is absolutely ridiculous. After they mess up, they have a nasty attitude. These people do not deserve the privilege to work.

The delivery driver drove by the hotel multiple times, and the food tasted old, soggy and clearly not fresh and quite disgusting.

The service was just just utterly embarrassing on the so the took 20 minutes to start preparing it and then get to the store and don’t receive it until 55 minutes later they said and I quote “my bad I forgot abt it”proceeds to be another 40 minutes

R.C the delivery man , was nice and on time with our order, he cracked a few jokes and made us feel like we were gonna get some great pizza, thank you R.C you rock, sincerely the girls at Dr. Mohanty and Dr. Kukreja's office

Drivers always arrive on time with all the items. The store is very easy to get ahold of for help on orders as well!

I had a disappointing experience with my delivery from Jesulmond. He handed my food to a random person without taking the time to confirm my identity first. There were no missed calls from either Jesulmond or the Domino's store. This kind of service is unacceptable and truly detracts from the overall experience. I hope this is something that can be addressed in the future.
