Ahhh yes, a well put together sandwich… wow. Never had an issue until today.

Mobile ordering was quick, easy however they got one wrong. Didn't check till we got to the hotel so kept it anyway. One thing though, I always order extra sauce and it seems like a tablespoon is all I get on the pizza. Difficult to distinguish the sauce from the other toppings. Anyway, tasty and ready when we arrived.

All they had to do was simply pick up the phone and remake 1 out of 4 incorrect pizzas 36 minutes and 7 seconds they answered no apology no courtesy.. just “I Have A Bunch of Orders” DUHH it’s a business that should never stop your customer service which was shitless 1/10 !!

This pizza everyone is craving about had a delicious
taste but I had 1 to 2 pieces of meat .I don't know why maybe because it was closing time but it still shouldn't have matter 28.00 dollars for what cheese and bread , can someone contact me on this matter simply ridiculous I will never go back to that store I'll try northlake next time,I took a picture to show the mgr .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Called and asked questions and the guy sat there laughing at us the entire time. Treated us like we were absolutely stupid and was extremely disrespectful. Will NEVER use this location again and honestly I don’t know if I will order from dominos again. Ordered on the app using points and the order was cancelled and they STOLE all our points. Then called and said they will not deliver. All reasons why we asked questions and then got laughed at. Don’t understand people who treat customers with such little respect. Don’t recommend ordering from here.

I don't usually make angry reviews but my god this is just ridiculous, put immediately on hold several times, after them saying they delivered my pizza and they never did. Talking to automated systems and some 3rd party call center is infuriating. This makes me never want to use domino's again and i love dominos.

The gentleman I saw that gave me my carry out order were incredibly friendly and welcoming even when so close to closing. The food was hot and fresh, 10/10

I get being busy and having to make and deliver many orders but your lack of care for your customers could have killed my husband and our food was practically raw. The pizza and cheese bread were barely cooked, enough to melt the cheese and that’s it. The crust of the pizza was very dough like and I specially said in my order NO jalapeños for the cheese bread (my husband is allergic) and there were a ton of jalapeños in the bread. He could have died from this mistake if I didn’t catch it. Rushing to get things done is unacceptable! Tell your customers there’s a long wait and if you can’t handle the influx of orders stop taking orders until you can catch up. Due to your negligence someone could have died and if it continues at this work ethic someone will die!! Management needs to address this issue immediately and take action because this is unacceptable for a business! Absolutely disgusting

This place should have 5 stars nobody is perfect everyone makes mistakes but it's how you recover from those mistakes that matters they have always been top notch when it comes to food and service today was the first day my order was delivered wrong but Omar and his team were quick to solve the problem and make sure I received my food and compensation for the incorrect order they could have ignored the issue but instead they made it their priority to satisfy the customer and that is why I am giving 5 stars and will continue to order from this location Great job Omar and the rest of the crew ???

Disgusting service if I could give them negative starts I would give them negative 5. Bad quality for the food. Bad service. Save your money and never tip them in advance they are not worth it.
