Mobile ordering was quick, easy however they got one wrong. Didn't check till we got to the hotel so kept it anyway. One thing though, I always order extra sauce and it seems like a tablespoon is all I get on the pizza. Difficult to distinguish the sauce from the other toppings. Anyway, tasty and ready when we arrived.
This place should have 5 stars nobody is perfect everyone makes mistakes but it's how you recover from those mistakes that matters they have always been top notch when it comes to food and service today was the first day my order was delivered wrong but Omar and his team were quick to solve the problem and make sure I received my food and compensation for the incorrect order they could have ignored the issue but instead they made it their priority to satisfy the customer...
I was gifted my pizza and had no idea that it was coming. It was thin w/extra pepperoni. It was overcooked and if this was extra pepperoni, I would be afraid of a regular one. The way I see it is IT'S DOMINOS, what do you expect? Inhaled it. BTW, getting a pizza gifted is the only way to fly.
