Great iced coffee, also breakfast sandwichs
Slow service.....always. Terrible teamwork behind the counter. Associates standing around while the line is to the door. Suggestion, use BOTH registers at the SAME TIME. The DD on 441 and Okeechobee has it figured out. Send management there to work for a week so they can bring back and implement some of their best practices.

every single time I go to this location they NEVER melt the sugar in my ice coffee first. so I get a huge lauet of sugar at the bottom of my cup amd as all know its impossible to mix the sugar in after the ice has already been added. I am always dissapointed when I go there. the only reason I continue to go is because its so close to my house.
