I am writing to formally complain about an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at the McDonald’s located near the intersection of Southern Boulevard and State Road 7/US-441.

No soda free refill
I placed a doordash order and my driver text me saying the guy is coughing and not covering mouth and confronted the guy to speak to manager this was around 12pm but I didn't cancel order cause I seen message to late from driver but so on I got my food to start off my drink wasn't even full to the top, the bun to my burger was so hard I ate just the patty fries were good but it just shows how much employees care about doordash customer.

Another called the drive through the worse, with customers waiting over 30 minutes and backing out of the line. A different experience was just okay, with workers giggling and talking, leading to missing nuggets from a $5 meal and food that could’ve been fresher. Better focus and customer service would improve the experience. Despite these issues, one customer enjoys the frappe everyday, with the gals knowing the order and greeting them by name.
