Pollo Tropical is a restaurant that offers a delightful fast-casual dining experience with Caribbean-inspired cuisine. Their citrus-marinated grilled chicken is a standout, known for its juicy and tender texture with a perfect charred finish. Sides like rice, black beans, and fried plantains are well-prepared and full of authentic Latin flavors. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the restaurant provides ample parking space.
Customers have praised the food as fantastic, with the manager, Makeda, providing excellent customer service. The restaurant is known for offering the healthiest and tastiest fast food option, though some customers have missed the condiment bar that was removed during COVID-19. The restaurant's hot sauce is also a hit, with its spicy kick. One customer particularly enjoyed the service from an older woman with a gold tooth, who made their day with her thorough and polite attitude.
