Today was not a good day. The person making the sandwiches was rude. Another staff made a comment as if a fight I wanted to fight. The atmosphere was not the same today. If one is not up to par then one should stay home. Also the cook doesn't have her listening skills down pack. Very disappointed. None apologized for the miscommunication on the cooks behalf. Hopefully her day ends better.

Just ordered a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap. Not only did I have to pull up to the front and wait for it, but it was stale and old and they didn’t even put egg in it! 😂 so bad it’s funny.

If you have a $50 or $100 don't even bother going to this location. The woman or man said they didn't have change since they just changed shift at 11:40 am. Very weird but okay and it's crazy cause they said they had been busy all day supposedly. The manager marked my bill with a permanent marker. She's a manager but don't know what marker to use to check a bill or another way to check a bill. She was walking around lost with her coworkers so I just ask for my $50 dollars back. She didn't try to fix the situation she just gave the money back. I won't be coming back to this establishment.

ANOTHER DAY ANOTHER POORLY MADE DRINK. THE BEST PART IS WHEN YOU ELL THEM ITS WRONG THEY TELL YOU HOW YOUR SUPPOSED TO HAVE YOUR COFFEE. TODAYS DRINK WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE OAT MILK BUT THEY USED CREAM AND ENOUGH SYRUP FOR 3 OTHER DRINKS TO BE MADE. YESTERDAY I GOT A HOT COFFEE. THEY PARTIALLY MISSED THE CUP WITH THE SYRUP THEN PUT MORE IN IT. IT WAS SO SWEET AND THE CUP THEY DIDNT EVEN WIPE THE SYRUP OFF IT SO I GOT SYRUP ALL OVER MY HANDS. JUST A BIG STICKY MESS IN MY CAR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. I BET IF I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SYRUP ON THE CUP THEY WOULD TELL ME THATS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE SERVED. ANOTHER THING THAT AMAZES ME IS ALL THE BAD REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE YET EVERYONE STILL WORKING THERE. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

I experienced a negative experience at this place. I had at this establishment earlier today, Monday, June 30, around 7:00 AM.
I ordered a medium Matcha latte, expecting a full cup, but received only half. When I politely asked for it to be filled, the staff responded with a rude attitude and even shortchanged me. This behavior was unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.
The quality of the drink, combined with the disrespectful service, has left me with a very poor impression. It's truly a terrible way to start the day, and I am very reluctant to return. I paid for a medium Matcha latte and expected a full, properly prepared drink, not half a cup and a dismissive attitude.
