This location sucks I spent $13 on something I didn’t order, I purchased 2 croissant for me and my fisnce ,turkey egg and cheese but they gave me English muffins instead and it wasn’t fresh it taste frozen. My donuts were also stale

Disgusting place. Had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich and coffee, how slow can you be to take 30 minutes for a coffee?? Not to mention multiple homeless people sleeping outside, making it dangerous for you to go in and order. Surrounded by crime and degenerates.

This Dunkin Donuts sits in a prime location 2 minutes from my home but it’s sad to say 7 times out of ten my order is NOT good… I’ve been there 2 days straight and both times my Bagel was stale yesterday I ordered a sandwich using the every thing bagel it was stale today a raisin bagel with lite cream cheese stale as well it’s very sad that I have to go to Forest Hill Blvd Dunkin Donuts to get a quality hot sandwich with plenty of bacon and 10 times out of ten and my coffee is always on point.You all need to contact This particular Franchise and asked them for pointers because they do not only have quality sandwiches their coffee is always made correctly and not to mention their customer service always friendly and pleasant.
