They didn't answer the phone til the 2nd time. They were helpful and followed instructions. However my lox and bagel was ok. The lox had grey coloration which isn't good. It wasn't fresh. Not ordering too this place again.

The bagels were very good but the employees were not as friendly as I'm used to at Einstein's. The one in Jupiter is the same way. I don't know what's up, but I'm inclined to go elsewhere. Parking was easy, but I didn't go to enjoy the parking. I wish the owners would try to bring back the quality, the friendliness, and the caring attitude.

Bagels and eats are tasty and homemade. Coffee is typically cold. Often out of popular bagel options and little selection. If don't go early.

Parking: Some parking out front but more on side with rest of shopping plaza farther from entrance.
