Girafa's Sports GRILL

Money Grab. Went there to watch world cup match seating at the bar. First of all, there is a 20% service charge on any bill and that policy is not stated anywhere. Only found out after we requested itemized bill after having paid with 20% additional. Also no drink prices list anywhere on special world cup menu. Now I am from NYC area so paying these service fees is not really an issue, BUT they are clearly posted/stated with the reason given i.e groups of more than 4 etc. IMO this is the stupidest policy I have ever seen from a restaurant since it effectively turns potential repeat customers into one and done ones. Just thinking in my case, they would have potentially made $500+from me instead of the $100 over the course of world cup. And since there are a number of other great sports bars in the area, I highly recommend going to those instead.

They won’t pick up the phone . Or pick it up and leave you on the line pretending they can’t hear you . Also I tried ordering orders through Uber Eats multiple times in different days of the week and they cancel all of them . Who is the owner ??? Because your employees don’t want to work and clearly don’t care if the business looses money(cancelling orders) . Literally unbelievable the laziness and disrespect from the staff here very sad …

Para mí es una porqueria después que sacas una reserva para un show te tienen desde las 8 de la noche hasta las 12 am esperando que empiece el espectáculo, me pasó con Robertico el comediante y después que empezó el show solo hizo dos cuentos y lo demás fue burlándose de la gente, muy mala experiencia de verdad que para este tipo de evento no lo recomiendo!!!!!

Found a cockroach in my delivery order. This is disgusting. Threw away the 4 burgers I ordered for my family right away.
