Did an online order. Said it was ready at 9:25. Get there and wait. Not my whole order was there. I let them know and had to wait almost 30 min for fries!!!! Half my food was cold by the time I got my fries. Asked for the manager. They said ok and waited. Finally someone told me he wasn't there!! Like why let me keep waiting?? Poor service. Sad cause it looks like a good vibe and food but service is horrible

Got there around 11pm for Latin night on a Wednesday which was pretty late but the server was very kind to still make sure we got food and were comfortable. The floor was also spacious and good for dancing.

un lugar agradable, pero toda mi familia es mexicana y acudimos allí, y nos gustaría que mesclaran un poco más de música como,cumbias etc.

un súper lugar, lo que no me gusta es que pido una cubeta de cervezas y me traen la cuenta ,pido enseguida comida y me traen la cuenta ,no ce por qué no dejan la cuenta abierta y al final cobren todo,no ce si lo hacen por estar cobrando el servicio en cada cosa que traen.

I had a very bad experience with my husband. We arrived at 9:30pm, as they had an event that allowed free entry before 10pm, downloading one ticket per line. When we arrived there was a super long line to get in that didn't even move, I asked if, having tickets, we still had to wait in line and they told us yes. In the end, arriving at the entrance (10:07pm) they tell us that it is $40 entry per person, regardless of whether you had arrived early and with your tickets. The line moved at the pace they wanted, super slow. We were very excited to see the place but definitely very bad service.

I have never sweated so much in a place like here, the worst air conditioning system I have ever seen, in other places it is also filled like this and it is not as intensely hot as here, the entrance fee is $40 to see a terrible DJ who doesn't even know mix the songs, this time it was not the best experience

NON-EXISTENT CHARGES.
On the menu it says tequila margarita $13.99 and the waitress asks you do you want Patron or Don Julio (she makes you believe that those are the options of that value), I answered what is the difference? And he tells me it's a little softer but they cost the same.
He NEVER told me it was $3 extra.
Thanks to reading the reviews, I didn't ask for anything else, I don't like these MISLEADING SURPRISE charges.

The only bad thing about this place is that it only has one bathroom!!! Please!! Only one bathroom stops in a place where more than 150 people enter events and concerts! Only one bathroom!!! Stubborn! Very badly….
