Don't go here unless you like ice in your ice cream.

For whatever reason the policy of this store is selling only 3 scoops of ice cream, no less.

Ice cream is alright. But the manager forced us to get a 3 scoop ice cream for our 2 year old. They had smaller cups but they just want to maximize the ticket according to their own employee. If it wasn’t because I already told our daughter she was having one we would have left. Shame on this manager and his “business” practices.

It was my first time at the ice cream store i asked for the small size cup with one flavor I saw on the board it said 4 dollars and lady charge me 10 dollar. Then I asked for the cone saw a price on the board again and she charge me a different one. This is stealing It was my first time i didn't know they can do that!!! Don't go to this place anymore they are not honest.

The girls work there are so rude and have ugly attitude if you hate your job just go away don’t be miserable at the mall and have garbage attitude!! Because when I walked in they looked at me not saying anything I asked if they got chocolate chips ice cream she goes no not here and then I picked other flavor she double charged me for two ice cream and I got only one she took my 20 and gave me 4 dollars and 2 cents they’re stealing!!! It was the young two girls if I was the owner I will not have such miserable kids in my store!!!

Yes, I agree with another reviewer, they are scamming customers. I ordered a small, picked my two flavors, swiped my card, asked for the receipt and then noticed that I was charged for a large. I asked about it and she said they don’t have mini or small in dishes. She failed to tell me this when I ordered the small dish. I pointed to the menu CLEARLY showing dishes and cones in every size and she reiterated that they only sell larges. They are clearly just hoping you don’t notice and pay the full amount.On top of that, half the containers have clearly been left out before as the tops of about half of them were completely soupy.This place should be shut down.

Ice cream is always spectacular, but they’re scamming the tourists here telling them they can only sell the “large” sizes. In other words, no mini or small size cones.This is crazy! People with kids have to buy the largest size at 30% more cost just to throw it away when the kid doesn’t eat it.

Every time I come here they tell me they’re “not doing shakes” third time I’ve been here. I guess overweight high school kids don’t make good employees.
