They always have the phone off the dial giving busy signal, so no one calls the store to place orders. Horrible customer service . I tried placing an order for an ice cream cake they said they don’t do that 😳

The woman working this evening was very pleasant and offered samples as soon as we walked in. Our cones were very generous and she was so polite.

The act like they barely want to give you any ice cream and the cup sizes are to small I ended up getting a sundae

If I could leave a -5 star review I would, this place is awful. I love Hagen dazs ice cream but me and my girlfriend have tried to go here on multiple occasions and we have been turned away at 8:20 pm and now at 8:40 pm because they close at 9. Literally turning customer away at 45 minutes until close because you close soon is insane. Staff is rude and you can tell they hate working here. Everyone I’ve met that works here has an awful attitude. I would fire them all and start with some grateful employees .

They have great customer service

i couldn’t get her name but i did get a photo and i wasn’t the only person treated rudely. she was very rude speaking to me and any question me and my friend had and when i ordered something on the board, it says a certain price and it shows a bowl and a cone so It looks like that price also comes with the cone. and when I saw it on the screen that it was two dollars extra and I asked why she pointed to the board and I said well you didn’t tell me and she told me that “well you can read” and her attitude got worse after that interaction To where my friend didn’t even wanna order. very disappointed All I wanted was ice cream for my birthday. I hear about this place all the time sucks that my first time was such a terrible time.

Absolutely awful. My boyfriend and I arrived before 630, waited almost 20 minutes without anybody saying hi or anything to us, just for them to tell us that they don't serve milkshakes after 630pm. Nasty attitudes and bad service.

That ice cream was the bomb

The best place to get frozen treats and workers always nice .

Way too over priced. The portions were microscopic. There were not many flavors. I could have purchased a gallon of their brand at the store for the price.

The best ice-cream, I love strawberry, vanilla and mango

Don't go here unless you like ice in your ice cream.

For whatever reason the policy of this store is selling only 3 scoops of ice cream, no less.

Ice cream is alright. But the manager forced us to get a 3 scoop ice cream for our 2 year old. They had smaller cups but they just want to maximize the ticket according to their own employee. If it wasn’t because I already told our daughter she was having one we would have left. Shame on this manager and his “business” practices.
