I wish I had taken photos of our carefully delivered food served at our HOA party the other evening! The salad trays were a masterpiece, topped with an artichoke & edible flowers! Cucumbers rimmed the tray, making it extra attractive.
The veggie lasagnas were loaded with fresh veggies, red sauce and ricotta, with generous layers of mozzarella on top. We really enjoyed his Arros con Pollo with, and w/o pork. The trays were filled to the top! Many of the 80 attendees went back for seconds.
I would highly recommend Hugo’s for your events!

We hired Hugo’s for my wedding with about 90 guests and they nailed it! We went with a buffet style which was setup and presented very well by his team. The bartenders were friendly and quick, the food was outstanding and the communication with Hugo was easy! I’d highly recommend!

Hugo's Gourmet Catering made our event truly extraordinary! Natalia and Abraham were amazing, arriving early to create a stunning setup that set the perfect tone for the evening. The carved fruit displays were absolutely breathtaking. And the food was beyond exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and served in such abundance that no one went home hungry. Every dish was beautifully prepared and tasted as good as it looked, from the appetizers to the main courses.

The service was just as impressive as the food. Natalia and Abraham were attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Their attention to detail and warm, friendly demeanor made the evening feel effortless for us as hosts.

We are so grateful to the team at Hugo's Gourmet Catering for making our party a massive success. We received countless compliments on the food and service and will absolutely be calling them again for future events.

Hugo's was WONDERFUL to work with! We recently used them for a corporate event and everyone kept raving about the food (we did the Cuban themed buffet). Hugo was easy to work with and very accommodating for our special requests! Highly recommend!

Hugo’s Gourmet Catering did such an excellent job at our wedding. I had a taste test months before and I was blown away with how amazing the food was. It got me so excited for the wedding day, knowing that I was going to have this delicious food for my guests.On the day, they were all very professional and organized. We got so many compliments on the food too! Hugo catered our wedding earlier this year and it was top notch! Our guests kept raving about the food and how everything tasted so wonderful! They offer a wide range of food options, suitable for any wedding or event! I personally loved every dish we had!! It was all 5 star. Hugo himself shows up and does all the cooking! This company really knows how to make your event a special day. I would recommend them to anyone 10/10! Best caterer around town!!
