This is poor display of customer service. I know you cater to many nearby hospitals as we have ordered on multiple times to the units… The way this nurse was treated was very. Distasteful and makes your company look bad for hiring such incompetent people to deal with the customer. This video made it to me and I am going to make it available for all to see how healthcare professionals are treated at your establishment on Okechobee Blvd. these workers need to be fired immediately....read full review
Looks like my first review didn't get posted so I will just say that I was super impressed with the customer service today at Jimmy John's on Oeechobee Blvd. Between them making a great sub and knowing that there are people in the business world that still care...I left knowing all was well and I give a shout out for Desmond Williams and the great job he is doing as a manager.
I went in to Jimmy John's for tuna sub today and was so blessed by the man taking my order. ......He was truly what customer service should be all about....It really is a deal breaker as to whether people feel like they want to go back to a place or not when someone has the power to put a smile on your face.
