If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted to celebrate my co-workers birthday, she's never been before, so I took her out for lunch. A woman walked in moments before us and she was seated at a booth eating alone. We requested a booth but was told the two in the back were "reserved". We were seated at a table in the front by an empty booth. My coworker commented to me if we were being discriminated against because there was a booth directly next to us. The next person that walked in was seated there no issue. The waitress/hostess who refused to seat us at the booth sent someone else to wait on us. I have some dietary restrictions so I asked the waitress about the dish I wanted to order and she assured me that it met my dietary needs. The food comes out and it contained products I couldn't consume. By that point we were already short on time after our wait y were not that busy) so I tried to pick through it but it was inedible, the portion was ridiculously small, and the smell of the eggs were foul. It was so bad my coworker made a comment and had to do further inspection with her phone flashlight to determine it was indeed eggs. The waitress returned and proceeded to ask my coworker if she wanted a box and without question took mine untouched plate away. She knew there was issue and she didn't offer to rectify the situation by allowing me to order something else or refund my almost $20 dish. My coworker got a beef and shrimp spicy noodle soup and was not impressed. She said it was sweet but not spicy. lf we weren't already running late I would have stayed to speak with the manager. Noodles to anyone. We have a large office within walking distance but I will be sure to let everyone know about this terrible experience. I will not be returning or recommending Joy Noodles to anyone.

Not sure what all the hype was about, but this place felt more like Sad Noodles and Asian Confusion.

The crab Rangoon? Oh, it was “unique,” alright—stuffed with surprise corn kernels and what tasted like a splash of vanilla extract. Gordon Ramsay would’ve flipped the plate and walked out.

The tempura plate was less a crispy delight and more a deep-fried cry for help.

The Pad Thai? Let’s just say it had me wondering if this was a pilot episode of Kitchen Nightmares: The Sequel.

And those sesame noodles? Yeah, I’ll be swiping left on those from now on. If you’re looking for joy, I’d try literally anywhere else.

Ordered $150 worth of take out. Estimate was 20 minutes. Took over an hour. Get back and realize that half of my order is missing and half of the other half is wrong. Totally botched and when you call they hang up on you. Hard pass on this place.

We loved all the noodle and stir fry options, with choices of steamed or fried tofu, or vegetables. I only wish the menu was more clear about labeling vegan options. The service was great. They graciously accommodated our large group on a very busy evening. Overall, a good experience.

1st time eating here. Delicious food. Eating outside ( back side) was nice. Service was good/ average. Very polite hostess and servers. Prices were a little high for portions received. Food was great tasting not greasy or oily. This is not a fast food takeout. Although it appeared there were lots of Uber Eats / DoorDash pick-ups. I would eat here again and recommend this eatery.

Parking: There is parking on the backside in the parking lot also street parking on same side of restaurant.

I decided to check this place out after a friend recommended it, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve driven by for the past 20 years without realizing what a gem was hidden inside. The exterior doesn’t do it justice—the interior is stylish and inviting. The servers are fantastic, knowledgeable, and really know their stuff. The food? Absolutely incredible. I’ll definitely be recommending this spot to everyone I know!

Food arrived cold. The noodles weren't the rice noodles advertised, but just ordinary spaghetti noodles. Even after reheating, the food was just terrible.
